It is said that Riesling is the wine of kings and the king of wines. Not for nothing. If a winemaker plants this variety where it belongs and does not rush the harvest, then there is no problem in fulfilling this proverb. It seems to us more and more that Kraví hora near Znojmo is the right place for this royal variety. That is why we have the most of it of all varieties. We process the grapes in various ways. We produce this Riesling in a stainless steel tank in an effort to maintain the typical fruity aroma reminiscent of apricots. The higher residual sugar is in a nice balance with fresh acid.
