If you manage to let the Rýňák grapes overripe in the vineyard and then allow the wine to age for one year in a quality oak barrel, you will be in for a very unusual experience in the form of an opulent and very distinctive Riesling with a small residual sugar and a pleasant acidity in the aftertaste. The aroma of honey and candied citrus fruit and apricots. The salty hint in the taste refers to the gneiss subsoil of Kraví hora.
